COURSE DESCRIPTION

Ever wonder whether the effort you’re putting into marketing, advertising, networking,or streamlining operations are providing a return on your investment?  This course covers how to measure, monitor, and manage success.  The concept is introduced in the “Revenue” course; however, it is not a requirement for this in-depth course.

R – Regulate

• Measure What?: Learn what to measure and monitor when it comes to success.
• What Works?: Learn to identify what’s working and what needs to shift/change.
• Performance: Monitor the performance of tactics and strategy, and modify in a measured manner.
• Maintenance: Manage and maintain your formula for success.

PROGRAM TIMELINE AND EXPECTATIONS

Two-week course work and two (60 minutes) coaching sessions with Maryann included.  Coaching sessions are to be scheduled upon confirmation of course registration.

CERTIFICATION

The “Regulate” course is not required for admission into any other course into the STARR Business Approach program.  Certificates are given to those who complete the S.T.A.R.R Business Approach in its entirety.
